Kanaberg, naturens eget äventyrscenter

Nature's own adventure center! Close to the road between Söderåkra and Påryd is Kanaberg, an ice age accumulation of giant boulders with deep caves and long passages - an excellent hiding place for thieves and miscreants. There is also a small barbecue area.

The notorious "TjuvmannaPelle", who was beheaded in Vassmolösa in 1850, was just one of many who used Kanaberg as a nest and treasure hiding place. A more exciting excursion destination, especially for families with children, is hard to find. Maybe you will find a hidden treasure. But don't forget torches and caving clothes.
