Hasselö

**Hasselö is located in the Tjust archipelago, midway between Västervik and Loftahammar in northern Småland - with no fixed connection to the mainland. Together with its neighboring island and the Sladö nature reserve, it is one of the most vibrant islands in the archipelago. Connected by a small bridge, they stretch nine kilometers through varied nature - from lush deciduous forest and barren pine forest to meadows and bare cliffs against the open horizon.

At Hasselö you will find a year-round hostel, a restaurant open in summer, a café, a bakery, two flea markets, a country store, a guest harbor, a miniature golf course, activities such as bicycle and canoe rental and much more.

In summer you can go archipelago boat with M/S Ellen Key and with M/S Bella from Loftahammar.
