Gårdby-stjärnan

This idyllic tour of eastern Öland contains most of what you could wish for. Starting at Eksgården Krog and Restaurant, the tour goes south to Skarpa Alby and turns east towards the coast and Sandby with Sandby church on the left. On the way to Sandbäck we pass the nature reserve Åby Sandbackar. Södra and Norra Näsby are also passed before we arrive at Nedre Ålebäck. Take a detour to Gårdby harbor, which nowadays lives a quiet life but where there is a small bathing bay for those who are hungry for a dip. We return to Gårdby and via Övre Ålebäck to the cozy and popular Bläsinge harbor. Despite a more quiet activity, some fishermen still leave from here. There is also a small harbor restaurant, paddle court and a long nice beach available. The tour then continues up to Bläsinge, Hagby for a small round around Dörby and a smaller forest tour and detour before meadows take the last bit to Gårdby.
