Tånnö hembygdspark

Tånnö local heritage society is based in Tånnö local heritage park, which features a local heritage museum consisting of two historic buildings. The main building, Karlslund, was built on the site in 1864 and has served as both a poorhouse and an old people’s home. The timber building has its main entrance with the entrance hall to the east. There is also a grave field from the Viking Age in the local heritage park. The local heritage park is located in a pasture with old oak trees. The buildings in the local heritage park contain old collections of artefacts, documents, books and photographs.
