Holavedsleden

One of Småland's oldest and most popular hiking trails. Holaveden was once feared for its straw robbers. The trail runs through a typical Småland forest landscape with indented tees and lakes, many with wonderful views. Holavedsleden is 59 km long and starts at Hättebadens camping in Tranås and ends in Gränna - or vice versa. In the vicinity of Tranås, the trail runs on smaller forest roads, closer to Gränna you walk on small paths in more hilly terrain. Holavedesleden connects to the south at Gränna to the John Bauer Trail.
