Höglandsleden etapp HÖ12 Hultsjö - Sävsjö - En del av Smålandsleden

The stage includes beautiful hiking in Småland's nature that follows the former road where the Oxen hauled goods up to Sävsjö.

On your walk you have the opportunity to stop at Hjärtlanda and Hultsjö with their beautiful 12th century churches, visit ancient remains or pause at Flinkatorpet to take part in the exciting story that took place here earlier in history.

You also have the opportunity to spend the night in a shelter out on Bockudden with views of Sävsjö castle ruins. The stage is easy to walk, the surface consists of gravel road and path, grazing animals may occur, drinking water can be refilled at the cemetery in Hjärtlanda and Hultsjö.
