Trollsjön is a small lake within cycling distance of Tranås center. Around the lake there is some grass and marshland, but it is still easy to reach out with fishing gear in the lake. There is a mighty viewing mountain that you can fish from if you are careful. You need a fishing license to fish in Trollsjön, where there are plenty of tench, perch, rudd and roach. Fishing licenses can be purchased from: Tranås Direkt/Tranås Tourist Office, Storgatan 22, tel. 0140-687 90. Hättebadens Camping, Jun-Aug, tel. 0140-174 82.
Trollsjön also has a pleasant bathing area with a simple jetty for those who want to take a dip. However, it is not permitted to fish from the jetty and the bathing area itself.

Rutevejledning
From Storgatan in Tranås: Turn right at the large roundabout at the southern part of Storgatan at Coop towards Duvebo. Go straight ahead at the next roundabout and follow Grännavägen out of the town. Trollsjön is located directly outside the villa area on the left side.
