Beskrivelse
Storemosse is located in the border zone between the Laholm plain and the forest. The reserve consists of a large contiguous bog complex and natural mixed forests. It can be difficult to get across the bog, but you can walk in the area and experience its nature.
Despite the high annual rainfall, there are few mires left in the area. Many bogs have been drained and dried up. In other bogs, peat has been mined. But Storemosse was never subjected to any major interventions and its untouched character is now protected as a nature reserve.

Regler
To protect the nature reserve, the County Administrative Board has decided on special regulations, including those that you as a visitor to the area must follow and respect.
In addition to what applies under other legislation, it is forbidden to:
- drive a motorized vehicle,
- bring an unleashed dog,
- putting up a picture, poster, sign or inscription
- planting plant or animal species alien to the area
- damaging living or dead standing or lying trees and shrubs
- damaging, picking or collecting plants. However, picking berries, edible mushrooms and individual specimens of vascular plants is permitted,
- collect insects, spiders, shells and other invertebrates without the permission of the County Administrative Board. However, single specimens may be collected provided that it does not violate the conservation regulations and that traps are not used,
- organize camps or competitions without the permission of the County Administrative Board,
- without the permission of the County Administrative Board, conduct scientific studies that contravene the regulations.
