Gyltige - Simlångsdalen, Hallandsleden

The stage runs mostly on the embankment of the former Bolmenbanan railway. It runs in a rift valley with four elongated lakes; Gyltigesjön, Töddesjön, Simlången and Brearedssjön. The Fylleån river flows through the lakes on its way to the sea. In the community of Simlångsdalen, the trail turns south and crosses the Fylleån.

In Simlångsdalen you can fish, paddle or swim in the long narrow lake system formed in the middle of Fylleån's winding adventure out to sea. Go on a day trip on one of the many hiking trails and discover waterfalls, caves or endless marshlands. Or enjoy a forest bath, dinner or a yoga escape.
