Dranstugan – Gällarpesjön, Hallandsleden

The drama of the landscape formations applies to this stage where it passes over several prominent mountain areas with cultivated valleys in between. The upper reaches of the Skuttran and Himleån rivers are crossed by the trail. Towards the end or beginning of the hike, there are fine views of the large lake Mäsen.

**Accommodation

Shelters at Dranstugan and Gällarpesjön. Both shelters can accommodate 4-5 adults and there is a fireplace, firewood and dry toilets. Drinking water is available at Dranstugan, right at the entrance of the red building next to the shelter. The dry toilet in Gällarpesjön is located a bit east of the shelter by the parking lot.
