Slite havsbad

The association has a wide range of activities; Slite market, Slite Expo for car enthusiasts, rents out the stage in the hotel park, organizes meetings, markets Slite through the magazine Slite, facebook slitecentrum, etc.

The beach is owned by Region Gotland, as is one of the two beach wheelchairs. The association receives SEK 50,000 to clean the two toilets from May 15 to August 15 and keep the beach clean. The association receives SEK 50,000 from Region Gotland for the work. To keep the beach free of algae, the association applies for a grant from the Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management every year. The grant covers part of the costs.
