We are a family business that started growing on the farm in 2012. One of our goals was to create new innovative taste experiences while preserving the traditions of fruits and berries that have characterized so much of the genuine Gotland.

There is a lot of heart and soul in the products we offer. Most things are grown according to the rules of art here on our island, and whether it's our hot chili or the genuine character of our mustard, it's about genuine ingredients that are of high quality. This is a hallmark of Överstekvarn and the tradition we stand for.

So a warm welcome to us and our farm and farm shop in Lummelunda, one of Europe's northernmost chili farms. There is a lot to see in our greenhouses, where we grow all the chili we then process, and our chili exhibition, where we renew ourselves every year with new plants, often in different themes.

You can end your visit in our farm shop, which, in addition to our own locally produced products, also houses other Gotland producers' products, interior design items, lambskin and much more. Salmbärssylt is a Gotland specialty, and here we can be proud that we are the world's largest producer of salmbärssylt.

The farm, which is located very close to Lummelunda Cave, usually appeals to our guests who like to stay for a while.
