Hvitfelder Lamm & Kräftor

From the forest we get firewood and tinder for banded tuna. Between July 15 and September 15, live or fresh cooked crayfish are available for purchase and the rest of the year frozen. Lamb is available both fresh and frozen during the summer and frozen during the rest of the year. In the freezer you will also find tasty sausages, smoked meat and vegan sausages. Other favorites include Icelandic sweets, olives, crispbread and good drinks.

For smaller and medium-sized groups, we also offer guided tours of our pastures, including tasting of sausages and/or smoked meat and crayfish tasting.
