Pipsjö trail – A scenic hike through nature

Pipsjö Trail is a picturesque hiking route that offers varied terrain and an authentic nature experience. The path mainly winds through dense forest, and some sections can be challenging, especially across the wetlands where wooden walkways make hiking easier.

You can start your hike either from Stenö Havsbad & Camping or at Pipsjön. From Stenö, the trail passes through a small residential area before leading you into the forest towards the tranquil Pipsjön. Here, you’ll be surrounded by tall pine trees, birdsong, and stunning views of the water.

Along the route, several rest areas invite you to sit down, enjoy your packed meal, and take in the peaceful surroundings. At Pipsjön, you’ll also find wind shelters with fire pits, scenic benches, and picnic tables for those who want to linger a while.

If you prefer to start your hike at Pipsjön or simply visit the area, a parking lot is available. To get there, drive towards Ljusne on Road 583 and turn off at Lövskär. Follow the road and then turn onto Djupvikenvägen, continuing until you reach the trail entrance with parking facilities.

The trail is well-marked and easy to follow.
