Beskrivelse
Naturum Färnebofjärden is located adjacent to Färnebofjärden National Park. In the middle of the beautiful cultural environment of Gysinge Bruk, with the rushing Dalälven close by, the nature center serves as an inspiring gateway to the national park.
An old stable building from 1814 houses an exhibition where you can listen to woodpeckers and visit Mr. Beaver in his hut. In the house's library, you can immerse yourself in books and magazines, watch a movie about the national park or just enjoy the beautiful view of the rapids.
Naturum Färnebofjärden offers many different activities throughout the year, such as owl evenings, bird mornings, photography courses and school holiday activities. We are open all year round and have free admission to the exhibition.

Gysinge Bruk is located about 75 kilometers northwest of Uppsala and 50 kilometers southwest of Gävle. Turn off towards Gysinge Bruk from highway 56 and then follow the signs to Naturum
