Häståsen

This is a high point in the lands just west of Ockelbo, at about 275 meters above sea level, which in these parts gives really wide views of forest and open landscapes. D

here's an old fire tower at the top that provides a natural vantage point (enter at your own risk), as well as a shelter and barbecue area for breaks. It is a classic destination for both hikers and cyclists who want panoramic views and nature experiences close to the village.

Häståsen is not a separate "MTB destination" on its own, but is part of larger tours and loops that combine more peaks with beautiful views and hilly cycling. This makes it a great addition to more ambitious tours - perfect for those who want variety and views in their MTB route.
