Sixen beach

In the middle of the forest, just north of Svartnäs, lies Stor-Sixen, a lake with a fantastic sandy beach. Not only is the beach nice, the water is clean and clear and you bathe in the reflection of Sixberget that once gave the lake the sand.

Getting to Stor-Sixen is easy. Go first to Svartnäs and then north, turn left towards Nilslarsberg, continue past the village. After about two kilometers there is a crossroads where you turn right, soon the lake is on your left. Park by the road and take the path down to the beach.
