Parking lot and starting point for hiking towards Jätturn and further on Sméleden.
Jätturn is a nature reserve with a hike to a cave that you can row out to during the summer months. A fun destination for the whole family. Visit the cave, the charcoal hut, barbecue and row with the oak.
Sméleden is a 57 km long hiking trail that starts in Björsjö and stretches northeast through the municipality to Jätturn and Lake Tunsan. The trail passes Morgårdshammar and is suitable for dividing into sections/stages and there are nice resting opportunities along the trail.

In the reserve it is not allowed to...
- drive a motorized vehicle or motorboat,
- make a fire. Exceptions apply to fires in the charcoal hut and on the fire stool next to the charcoal hut,
- fishing,
- damaging dry trees or other sources of wood, for example for fires
- damaging, for example by inscriptions, the rock walls inside or outside the cave.
