Beskrivelse
Ingmar Bergman spent several summers in the village of Gimsbärke in the 1920s. He fished and swam in the Dalälven river at this spot. This gave Bengt Löfgren the idea of building a jetty in memory of the master director's connection to the village.
At the site of the jetty, there was a washing jetty at Bergman's time, from which he bathed.

Fakta
A number of beautiful nature reserves and hiking trails around Djurmo klack are located in the immediate vicinity of Ingmar Bergman's jetty. There is a picnic area and restaurant within a stone's throw, as well as accommodation at Sifferbo stugby and Sifferbo camping.
Rutevejledning
Bergman's jetty is located along the Dalälven. The E16 runs along the river and you can get to the pier by car or bus.
