Beskrivelse
Imagine vast expanses of marshland and large contiguous forests. And then you mix them up a bit, so that there is a bit of everything everywhere. This is what it looks like in the Blåbergsåsflyten nature reserve. The marshes have high value because they have not been drained. The value of the forests lies in the old trees, the dead trees and the late-growing trees.
The Blåbergsåsflyten nature reserve is located about 3 miles northeast of Rättvik, near Bingsjö. The area consists of two wetlands - Blåbergsåsflyten in the west and Brändbodflyten in the east. Between them is Flytholmen, a wooded area of solid ground, and out in the wetlands are smaller wooded islets. All located on an elevation area that is as much as 425 meters above sea level.

Regler
In the reserve it is not allowed to...
- damage growing or dead - standing or fallen - trees, stumps and bushes, with the exception of collecting loose, smaller branches and twigs for the purpose of making a fire.
- Drive motorized vehicles in the terrain on bare ground and snow-covered ground, with the exception of driving snowmobiles on marked snowmobile trails, see Appendix 3 in the decision and management plan, when the ground is snow-covered.
**Without permission from the County Administrative Board, it is also forbidden to
- dig up plants, pick mosses, lichens and wood-living fungi or collect animals (e.g. insects)
- carry out or conduct competitions, camps and other major or recurring organized events.
