Röd Ridled

In Halens nature reserve, you are welcome to ride on three marked bridleways in varied and beautiful nature. You can park your car and trailer at the starting and finishing points. You can also tie up your horse here while you prepare for your ride.

Along the red trail there is a picnic area with a barbecue and a paddock where you can let your horse down while you have a snack. Where the bridle path passes Lake Halen there is a bath where it is allowed to bathe with the horse.

Horseback riding is only permitted on the marked bridleways in Halen Nature Reserve and on roads open to vehicle traffic. Remember that some sections of the bridleway run parallel to hiking trails and that you must show consideration for others who are in the nature reserve. The bridleway also crosses car roads so be aware of traffic.
