Join us for a walking tour through Stockholm’s green wedges!

The tours include gentle movements, light functional training, balance exercises that stimulate the brain, and walking at a pace that allows for conversation.

We want you to discover the green wedges, explore new places in a friendly setting, and learn new things about your health and nature in a relaxed, pressure-free way.

The walking tours are open to everyone and last about 90 minutes. All tours are free of charge, but please register with the tour leader via text message.

The walking tours are part of the “Public Health in Nature” project, run by Samverkan Gröna kilar—a municipal partnership between the municipalities of Rösjö, Angarn, and Bogesundskilarna, along with Stockholm County Council and the association Future Health Sweden (FHS).
