On the shores of Lake Yxningen lies this large and diverse nature reserve that is home to a number of unusual species. Here you will find centuries-old forests on thin rocky ground and depressions with lush spruce forests, magnificent deciduous forests and shore forests.

Tips till er som vill ha guldkant på vandringen så har Café Lapphem i Borkhult öppet alla helger från Påsk. Du kan beställa matpaket att ta med, åka hit och äta eller fika efter din vandring och även boka boende. Jättemysigt café i idyllisk kvarnmiljö.
