Taste according to the season

Håle Lantbruk has previously produced eggs and it was from this that the idea of making ice cream emerged. The recipes are the family's own and the ice cream is flavored based on the current season, but what they have in common is that the raw materials come as far as possible from the farm's own farm or growers in the local area.
