Höö kanotrastplats

Höö canoe rest area is located about 100 meters from the parking lot where the outdoor toilet is located and is open 1 May - 30 September. This place is like a small glade with room for a few tents. It is possible to tow the canoes up from the water on the other side of the road, but it can be difficult to find the hatch depending on how much vegetation there is at the moment and at the water level which varies quite a lot in Lake Möckeln. As plan b, it is possible to park the canoes towards the car park, even if it is not always free to get there either. To sleep on the canoe rest area, a canoe check is required, which is placed in the mailbox that hang on the information board by the car park. Resting place host can also come and ask for checks. Canoe checks are purchased from canoe rental companies in the area or from the tourist information in Älmhult and Ljungby.
