Strandstigen

3 kilometers back and forth, the hike takes about 1.5 hours. Marked with purple trail color. The beach trail starts from Hagen, at Häradsö. The first part of the trail is outside the national park. Inside the park, the trail follows the old shoreline after Häradsösjön. There is a fairly steep slope between the bog and the lake. Both cranes and whooper swans nest here. At the end of the trail there is a platform with views of both the lake and the bog. Both cranes and whooper swans nest in the lake.
