Hedströmmen

Hedströmmen is a small stream that flows from Malingsbosjön and south.

The stream is very popular and an appreciated excursion destination with its nice resting places and fishing spots. Around the stream there are nice loops with paths and good resting facilities with barbecue areas, shelters, tables and tc.

Rainbow fishing The stretch includes from Landsvägsbron (road 233) to the dam in Nyhammar and here you fish primarily for rainbow trout.

Trout fishing The stretch covers from the dam in Nyhammar to Nedre Borgfors and here you fish primarily for trout.

NOTE! Only fly fishing is allowed!

Sveaskog encourages all visitors to correctly release ALL catches if possible. The fishing pressure on the fish is occasionally heavy, and the quality of the fishing would quickly deteriorate if all visitors kept the fish.

Fishing is prohibited in ALL flowing waters within the Malingsbo-Kloten from October 1 to November 30.
