Short and long rail bike tours

You can choose between taking a DVVJ rail bike for one or several days, make a short tour or go the whole distance between Bengtsfors and Årjäng. The experience will certainly be something extraordinary. The entire tour is 50 km and you can combine the rail bike with a canoe.

Take the rail bus over the aqueduct in Håverud

The buses run in the summer in combination with canal boats on the Dalsland Canal. During this trip you pass Dalsland’s most visited tourist attraction, the aqueduct in Håverud. Enjoy the fantastic view of Nils Ericsson's famous boat channel and some of the canal locks. The railway passes through the changing Dalsland landscapes, open in parts and magical primeval forest in other parts, with breathtaking views alongside the Dalsland Canal.
