Beskrivelse
Bog complex with rich bird life.
Råda stormosse is a large bog complex dominated by an eccentric bog. The bog is a well-developed mud bog with almost 200 pools, where several of the pools almost reach the bottom of the bog at a depth of five meters. There is also a concentric bog, swamp forest and a topogenous marsh in the complex. The area has a rich bird life.
Animals and plants
The bog complex is important for many birds, including cranes, piping plovers, little grebes, greenlegs and black grouse.

Rutevejledning
The reserve is located in Värmlands län, Hagfors municipality, about 2 kilometers west of Råda. Råda stormosse is easily accessible as there are roads adjacent to both the eastern and western sides of the area.
Regler
It is prohibited to:
- cutting down or otherwise damaging living or dead trees or bushes, standing or fallen
- drive a motorized vehicle
- collecting invertebrates, mosses, lichens and wood fungi
- digging or pulling up vascular plants
- bringing an unleashed dog or other loose pet
- using recorded sound in a disruptive manner, or using it to attract birds or other animals,
Without the permission of the County Council, it is also prohibited to:
- Conduct racing, camping, tourist or similar activities,
