Hänsynsområde Stora Nassa

In the Stockholm archipelago, the County Administrative Board has designated two areas, Huvudskär and Stora Nassa, as "consideration areas". In a consideration area, visitors are encouraged to show extra consideration for other visitors. To preserve the calm and unspoiled character, the maximum speed allowed in Stora Nassa is 5 knots. Visitors are asked not to make unnecessary swells, to avoid using boat engines, for example idling to charge batteries, and not to play loud music or otherwise make noise. Remember not to litter.
