Beskrivelse
Swamp forest with old trees located on the northern part of Lojsta haid. The reserve has a parking lot but no other facilities for outdoor life.
Hajdkvie forest consists of relatively old, pine-dominated swamp forest. There are valuable natural forest elements such as late-grown old spruces and dead wood. Overall, Hajdkvie forest offers a varied habitat for wood- and bark-dwelling insects, vascular plants, mosses, lichens and fungi. Large contiguous areas of older coniferous swamp forest are now rare in central Gotland, and Hajdkvie forest is one of the finest sites of this forest type on the island.

For everyone's well-being and to maintain the reserve's natural and cultural values, it is important that all visitors show consideration. In addition to the right of public access, it is not allowed to:
- drive a motorized vehicle,
- break branches or otherwise damage living or dead trees or bushes,
- deliberately injure, kill or collect animals
- make an open fire.
