Skymningens badplats

A sandy beach with two swimming piers and easy access to mini golf, a summer café, and a playground. Relax on the sun decks and enjoy the views of the Vålösundet waterway leading into Kristinehamn.

Swim from the sandy beach or dive into Lake Vänern from the pier. Facilities include changing rooms, a playground, and toilets (open during the summer season only). A summer café and lunch restaurant can be found at First Camp Herrgårdsliv, about 300 metres away towards the town centre.

Dogs are welcome in the area but are not allowed to swim. During summer, bus route 3 connects the beach with Kristinehamn town centre and the Picasso Sculpture, departing from the Bättringsvägen bus stop.

Winter Swimming & SaunaDuring winter, the beach is popular for cold-water swimming, and the changing rooms remain open year-round. From 1 November to 31 March, visitors can also book a sauna.
