By car: Ladudden Nature Reserve is most easily reached from Rotholma in the west or Häverö-Bergby in the south.

To protect Ladudden Nature Reserve, there are rules you must follow. In the reserve it is forbidden to

1. dig, hack, drill or otherwise damage rock, soil or stone2. fell or damage living or dead trees or shrubs3. damage vegetation by digging up plants4. camp for more than two consecutive days5. moor or moor a boat or other vessel for more than two consecutive days.
