Lida offers a rich outdoor life. Lida Friluftsgård is part of the Hanveden nature area, which is the largest continuous nature area within a few miles of Stockholm city. At Lida Friluftsgård you can practice fishing, outdoor golf, bird watching, water skiing etc. Swim at the sandy beach and jetties, barbecue at one of the barbecue areas. You can also bring your dog and swim at the designated dog bath! For the fitness enthusiast, there are great outdoor exercise and ski trails, an outdoor gym and indoor gym with changing rooms. Lida Värdshus offers food for both young and old. In other words, Lida is the perfect area for the outdoor family.

From the commuter train station in Tullinge, bus 721 goes to Lida Friluftsgård. You can find the timetable here: http://sl.se/ficktid/vinter/H721.pdfBy car, turn off road 226 at Botkyrka Hantverksby onto Pålamalmsvägen. Bra parkering, och fin badstrand och fin skogsmiljö, men att man tar betalt för en dålig tältplats är märkligt när ändå parkeringen är gratis.
