Beskrivelse
Here you find the valuable wetland Granmyran-Verkmyran. The forests in the area are old-growth coniferous forests, often wet and waterlogged, with water loving trees such as alder and willow. The area is 2.9 square kilometres in size.

Kommunikation
Verkmyran lies in the northwestern edge of Boden Municipality, about 4 kilometres northwest of the village of Storsand. Just south of Storsand, at Stensnäs, a turning leads westwards as far as the reserve.
Rutevejledning
About 15 kilometers south of Vuollerim along road 97 is the village of Storsand. Just south of Storsand at Stensnäs, there is a turnoff to the west that leads to the reserve.
Regler
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- camping
- hike
- make a fire, remember to bring your own wood!
- pick berries and edible mushrooms
- drive snowmobiles on snow-covered ground
- fish and hunt in accordance with the laws in force
It is not allowed to harm plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
