Beskrivelse
The beaches around the reserve consist mainly of smooth granite cliffs. In the west and south there are shallow bays with a sandy bottom. In the west and south there are shallow bays with a sandy bottom. The vegetation is mosaic-like and dominated by juniper bushes and alder forests on the shores and sandy areas. On the western part of the island there is yew.
There are no outdoor recreation facilities in the reserve, apart from information signs.

Rutevejledning
Kudoxa Nature Reserve covers Västerön on Kudoxa in the outer archipelago. The easiest way to get here is by boat.
Regler
To protect Kudoxa Nature Reserve, there are rules you must follow.
In the reserve it is forbidden to
- destroy or damage any fixed natural object or surface formation
- dig up flowers or damage ground vegetation (grass, moss or lichen cover)
- deliberately disturbing wildlife (e.g. by climbing nest trees, removing bird eggs or taking close-up photographs of a bird's nest, lair, burrow or similar)
- bring a dog that is not on a leash
- camping for more than two days
- make a fire
- use a radio, gramophone, tape recorder or similar in a way that disturbs others.
