You are welcome to visit the nature reserve, but please note that it is not allowed to:

• destroy or damage any fixed natural object
• damage living or dead, standing or lying trees or bushes
• pick or collect mosses, lichens or fungi, with the exception of edible mushrooms
• collect invertebrates
• climbing trees or otherwise disturbing wildlife
• ride a bicycle or horse
• make fires
• camping
• drive a motorized vehicle, with the exception of small vehicles on solid ground for the transport of felled moose
• set up a motor vehicle, caravan or trailer
• put up a board, poster, sign, inscription or similar device.

In addition to what otherwise applies, it is prohibited without the County Administrative Board's permission to:

• use the area for organized competitions or exercises or similar activities.

Other legislation on what you can do in the forest and land also applies in the nature reserve.
