Beskrivelse
The sharply marked Balesudden is located at the entrance to Bäckfjärden. A magnificent sea mark that in the past served as a spring watchtower. Fires were lit there to warn people in the villages of war and other dangers that awaited. There are pleasant hiking trails, rest areas and an overnight cabin in this marine reserve, which is part of the High Coast World Heritage Site. Source: County Administrative Board
