In the estuary area, spin fishing for perch but especially pike can be good. However, it is difficult to access all the exciting places from land, fishing from a boat opens up the opportunity to try your luck around islands and bays throughout Åbyfjärden.

Fakta
Remember that the Åby River and parts of the estuary require a fishing license and that there are extra rules along the coast to protect salmon, trout and grayling. For current rules follow the link under regulations.
Rutevejledning
There is a boat ramp a bit into the estuary at Renholmen on the south side. Also just north at Finnhamnen.
