On the road between Årnarp and Mästocka, you take the exit to the south where there is a road sign saying Bröden 2. This exit is just over a mile from Årnarp and less than a mile from Mästocka. After the entrance you drive a couple of kilometers before you reach a crossroads, where you turn left. After about 150 meters on this road you reach the reserve's parking.

To protect the nature reserve, the County Administrative Board has decided on special regulations, including those that you as a visitor to the area must follow and respect.

In addition to what applies under other legislation, it is forbidden to:

• camping for more than two consecutive days, but never in pastures
• drive a motorized vehicle other than on roads marked on the map in Appendix 2B,
• bring an unleashed dog. In pastures, leashed dogs may only be brought during the period November 1 - April 30, outside pastures, leashed dogs may be brought all year round,
• put up a board, poster, sign or make an inscription
• planting plant, fungal or animal species alien to the area
• damage living or dead standing or lying trees and shrubs
• damaging, picking or collecting plants. However, picking berries, edible mushrooms and individual specimens of vascular plants is permitted,
• use traps intended for invertebrates without the permission of the County Administrative Board,
• organizing camps or competitions without the permission of the County Administrative Board, and
• without the permission of the County Administrative Board, conduct scientific studies that contravene the regulations.
