Bruksleden runs through the nature reserve. Rövalls- och Stingsmossen is located 2 kilometers north of Surahammar. There is no parking to the reserve. The only way is to hike on Bruksleden which runs through the reserve in two different places. Start at Surahammar's golf club in the south or Ramnäs in the west.

There are rules that you as a visitor must follow. The rules are there to protect the area's natural values.

It is forbidden to:

• drive a motorized vehicle,
• camping,
• cycling other than on existing forest roads
• riding horses other than on existing forest roads
• climbing bamboo trees,
• bring an unleashed dog or other stray pet,
• affixing a board, sign, inscription, poster or similar device
• light a fire
• digging up, picking or breaking shrubs, brush, herbs, woody fungi, mosses or lichens
• collecting insects or other invertebrates
• marking out tracks or organizing orienteering
• organizing a motorcycle race, shooting competition, orienteering competition or training for it.
