Beskrivelse
In the hilly terrain and on the lakes you can hike, paddle, skate or swim. The forest in the reserve consists mainly of thin rocky pine forest, but there are also fertile spruce forests and deciduous forests in the area. The steep valley sides and the occasionally narrow lake make the area spectacular and very popular.

Rutevejledning
Långaedet is located north of Marvikarna-Krampan nature reserve. You can reach the area most easily via Sörmlandsleden or from the lake.
