Beskrivelse
The Arkösund archipelago offers varied fishing for many species. There are shallow bays where pike lurk in the reeds, perch beds and deep bays with herring. There are shallow flats and straits with currents where sea trout hunt over swaying bladderwrack. And around the outermost, windswept islets swim the occasional cod. Fishing with hand gear is free, but don't forget to check the fishing rules.

Rutevejledning
Arkösund is a good starting point for fishing trips in the archipelago. You can get here if you drive road 209 from Norrköping. Or take bus 440. From here you can get out into the archipelago with, for example, Östgötatrafikens archipelago traffic or summer tour boats to Kopparholmarna. In Arkösund it is also possible to rent a kayak. If you have your own boat, there are ramps for launching at the gas station and the campsite.
