Beskrivelse
Here you find a valuable primary forest which in many ways resembles a true virgin forest, even though single trees have been felled and removed by people in the past. In Luvos birds of the primary forest thrive, for example the Siberian Jay and thee-toed woodpecker. The area is 2.7 square kilometres in size.

Kommunikation
The nature reserve lies 40 kilometres west of Jokkmokk. The most suitable way to the reserve is from public road 747 between Jokkmokk and Luvos. Turn west towards Berghem, Puornaluokta and Olstorp.

The nature reserve is located about 40 kilometers west of Jokkmokk. The most suitable route to the reserve is from public road 747 between Jokkmokk and Luvos. Turn west towards Berghem, Puornaluokta and Olstorp. The northern area starts at the crossing just after the bridge over the Pearl River. The southern area is reached by taking the road south at the junction.
Regler
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- camping
- hike
- make a fire, remember to bring your own wood!
- pick berries and edible mushrooms
- drive snowmobiles on snow-covered ground
- fish and hunt in accordance with the laws in force
It is not allowed to harm plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
