Lay out your picnic blanket, breathe in the fresh lake air and take a quick bath.

At Lake Exen, a nice little swimming area is hidden a few hundred meters from the car park. You follow Bolmån on an exciting forest path that at the end opens up to the swimming area by the lake. The swimming area is perfect for families with small children.

If you want more exercise, plan a canoe trip along the Lagaleden where you can discover nature close to the water. In nearby Nöttja, you can visit the church that was built in the 13th century and is one of the oldest in the diocese.

Keep in mind that
it is not allowed to put up tents or camp at the swimming spot.
