There are parking lots in several places around Lake Allgunnen.

Allgunnen is located on the border between Högsby and Nybro municipalities and can be reached via several roads. From the south and road 125 between Bäckebo and Alsterbro: Drive towards Uddevallshyltan. Follow the signs for about 8.5 km and you will reach the parking lot and information board. There are many entrance points around the reserve that you can choose from for your visit. You can see these on the map at the information point.

In the nature reserve you are not allowed:

• Drive a motorized vehicle outside designated roads or paths.
• Set up a motorhome, caravan or trailer for more than two consecutive days in specially designated places at Tjärhällarna and Stavviken (according to the established management plan).
• Camping for more than two consecutive days in the same place.
• Driving or landing a hovercraft, hydrocopter, low-flying aircraft or similar craft.
• water-skiing
• Mooring or anchoring a houseboat.
• Bringing a dog or other animal that is not on a leash.
• erecting a board, sign, poster or similar device or making inscriptions
• Set fire to rocks and rocky areas.
• Damage or remove trees, bushes, stumps or flames that are growing or dead.
• Digging or pulling up plants or plant parts by the roots.
• Picking or damaging mosses, lichens or wood fungi.
• Use the area for motor sport competitions, shooting competitions, orienteering competitions or military exercises.

If you have been granted permission by the County Administrative Board, you may:

• Set traps to collect insects.

After consultation with the County Administrative Board, you may:

• Conduct survey or research.
• Carry out commercial activities.

C. Regulations according to Chapter 7, Section 30 of the Environmental Code on the right to travel and stay in the reserve and on order in general

In addition to what otherwise applies, it is prohibited to:

1. drive motorized vehicles within the land area other than on existing roads.
2. set up a motorhome, caravan or trailer for no more than two consecutive days in specially designated places at Tjärhällarna and Stavviken according to the established management plan.
3. drive a hovercraft, hydrocopter or similar craft or go water skiing.
4. Camping for more than two consecutive days in the same place.
5. mooring or anchoring a houseboat
6. flying low-flying aircraft or landing with an aircraft
7. Bring an unleashed dog or other loose pet.
8. Erect any board, sign, placard, poster or similar device or make any inscription.
9. Build fires on rocks and rocky areas.
10. Digging or pulling up plants or parts of plants by the roots or picking mosses, lichens or wood fungi.
11. Damage or remove growing or dead trees, bushes, stumps or flames.
12. use the area for motor sports competitions, shooting competitions, orienteering competitions or military exercises
13. without the permission of the County Administrative Board, set out traps for the collection of insects
14. Conduct surveys or research without consulting the County Administrative Board.
15. Without consultation with the County Administrative Board, use the area for commercial use of the right of public access.

Regulations C1-2, C4 and C7-8 do not apply to owners and holders of special rights to property.

The County Administrative Board would like to point out that laws, ordinances and regulations other than the reserve regulations also apply to the area. Of particular importance for the purposes of the reserve are, among others:

• Chapter 7, Sections 28a-b of the Environmental Code with requirements for permits to conduct activities or

take measures that may significantly affect the natural environment in a Natura 2000 area.
