Beskrivelse
Fegen is located in the scenic borderland between Halland, Jönköping and Västra Götaland counties and is one of the most beautiful lakes in southwestern Sweden. The lake has a character with several narrow bays, shallow bays, wide pelagic areas, great depths and an extraordinary fish fauna. Along the lake there are also scenic shelters and barbecue areas such as Grävlingsbacken and Boberg.
There is a boat ramp in central Fegen and a natural landing place in Sandvik. You can buy fishing licenses at www.ifiske.se and at Gipro fiske in Gislaved or Q-star macken in Burseryd.

Regler
**Fegens Nature Reserve **
In addition to general legislation, Fegen is covered by extended protection:
- From April 1 to July 31, disembarkation is prohibited on many islands and sites. These are marked with yellow signs and in some cases buoys in the water.
- From April 1 to July 31, the speed on the lake is limited to 5 knots.
- Fires and camping are prohibited, except in specially designated areas.
