Beskrivelse
Trollmosseskogen is located in the far north of Rättvik municipality. The forest's distinctly fire-affected forest has few equivalents in the county.
The forest consists of old naturally occurring coniferous forest dominated by pine. Along streams, the vegetation is more lush and there is a greater proportion of herbs. There are also deciduous trees, mainly birch, alder and alder, but also occasional rowan and aspen.

The reserve is located about 2 miles north of Dalfors, northeast of Furudal.

Within the reserve it is not allowed to...
- damage growing or dead trees and shrubs, dig up plants, pick mosses, lichens and wood-living fungi,
- drive a motorized vehicle off-road.
