The bridge at Lumsenkojan has been dismantled and removed due to the risk of collapse. A new bridge is planned, but there is no timetable at present.
This means that it is NOT possible to cross Skräddartorpsån in connection with Lumsenkojan until further notice.
Beskrivelse
Nicely located picnic hut along the Malingsbo-Kloten Trail and Lake Lumsen.
There is room for about 4 people on wooden benches and the hut is heated with a fireplace. Bring your own sleeping bag and sleeping mat.
At the rest area there is also a charcoal hut, space for tents, barbecue area and tc. Parking motorhome / caravan max 48 hours.
You leave the hut and the place as you found it.

The rest area is located on a grass/gravel surface. However, there is a slope up to Lumsenkojan.

Kojan är kanske tänkt som fiskekoja för de som löst fiskekort i ån, inte som rastkoja för vandrare? Därav bristen på ved. Fast Sveaskog borde väl ha en del att tillgå.
