Beskrivelse
Svartnäsudden can be worth a visit both in summer and winter. Grayling and whitefish are roaming around the cape searching for food. Try casting floats with a few flies or maybe a bottom fishing rod. Outside there are islands, shallows and deep holes. The nearest boat launch is easiest at Furuögrund.

Remember that the Byske River estuary requires a fishing license and that there are extra rules along the coast to protect salmon, trout and grayling. For current rules follow the link under regulations.

By boat you can depart from any nearby harbor. Båtvik, Bredvik or Furuögrund. Want to try your luck in winter? Check the nearest snowmobile trail and avoid crossing the mouth of the Byske River.
